Below is a complete list of communications and items to complete prior to your departure.
- February 25, 2026: Make your final payment.
- Please be sure to submit your personal information and acknowledge our Terms and Conditions using our secure online system no later than March 27, 2026. The link to complete your forms can be found in the Welcome Email sent to you after you were confirmed on the trip. If you cannot find your Welcome Email, please let us know and we will be happy to resend it.
- Confirm that your passport is valid until 6 months after the end of your trip. If your passport is not valid until this date, we strongly recommend submitting your passport for renewal as early as possible.
- Consider purchasing travel insurance through our preferred insurance partner, Trip Mate.
- To tailor our program to the group, if you have any special connection to WWII/DDay, please contact us so we may let your tour staff know.
- At least 3 working days in advance of travel: Apply for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Additional details on completing your ETA can be found on the Country Background page.
In addition, count on receiving the following key communications:
- Four months prior to departure: Final invoices will be sent with a reminder of any outstanding documents required for the trip.
- Please visit the Flights page for more information regarding making flight arrangements.
- Approximately two to three weeks before you depart, you will receive a Final Mailing which will include an updated itinerary, a hotel contact list, a backpack, luggage tags, and a name badge.
